Indian Hog deer are found from Pakistan and northern India through Nepal and Bhutan to Burma, as well as in Sri Lanka. In recent years their conservation status has been registered as Endangered. Hog deer live in small herds or as solitary animals and they are called hog deer as they have a habit of running head down through the undergrowth like a wild boar.
In Pakistan the Hog Deer hunting season runs from November to March of the next year.
Normally, you will be staying in either good hotel accommodations cosest to eht hunting areas, or one of the several well-equpped hunting camps/guest houses in the villages (furniture, kitchen, generator and trophy care facilities are all available).
Hog Dear hunting packages will be confirmed only after procuring permits from such auctions. Therefore our Hog Dear hunting prices are given upon request and will be tentative until the permits are obtained.
